We are a Swiss-based company that provides payroll services and global solutions to large organisations with a unique combination of proven customer loyalty, close client support and breakthrough innovations. Our story started back in 2000 when the Swiss company was founded. We started delivering Payroll outsourcing services in Switzerland. We have more than 20 years of experience in the Swiss market, which made possible the expansion to other solutions such as Time and Attendance.
Our clients range from domestic companies benefiting from our extensive payroll expertise to large multinational organizations that benefit from our As1® solution to manage and unify payroll processing across multiple countries and providers.
We opened our HQ site in Cebu, Philippines, in 2008 where we have our development team. The increased demand for the number of multinational corporations needed a global overview of their entire workforce and cost. This resulted in APPLIC8 centralizing the R&D of all our solutions, including our Multi-Country Payroll Consolidation.
Since 2008, we have opened new locations in:
- Nyon, Switzerland (HQ)
- Cebu, Philippines
- Lisbon, Portugal
- Milan, Italy
During the last decade, we have been adding new functionalities to the global tool that you know as As1®. To support the growth of our global solution, we have opened in Portugal and Italy in response to the increased demand for global implementation. Our solutions were designed for the end user, so we feel it is critical to check back in with them to evaluate how As1® is performing. To successfully action this, we conduct bi-yearly surveys to ensure the quality in service meets expectations and the data of these surveys is sent to APPLIC8’s team, allowing them to analyze possible areas of improvements or recovery.
